17th Annual Friendship Tournament Pre-Registration Form

Fill out the form below to Pre-Register for Kim's Tae Kwon Do 17th Annual Friendship Tournament in Renton, Washington. The tournament will be held on Saturday, July 18th, 2009 at the Renton Community Center located at 1715 Maple Valley Highway, Renton, WA 98055. Upon completing and submitting this form you will receive an email confirmation that your entry has been received and processed. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 2 business days or would like to cancel your registration, please send an email to kimstkd@worldnet.att.net

This tournament will include Forms, Sparring, Breaking, & Team Competitions. Plaques will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places. Check-in and at the door registration will begin at 11am. The tournament will begin at 12 noon.

Registration fee is $30 if you Pre-Register before or on July 10th. This fee can be paid anytime between now and the date of the tournament. By filling out the form below you are comitting to attend and compete in the tournament but you are not required to pay the registration fee at this time
Registration fee is $40 after July 10th (or at the door on the day of the tournament). The spectator admission fee is $5 and admission for children under 12 is free.
